- Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) is the Assigned Responsible Agency (ARA) for the distribution, operation and maintenance of Army Regulation 415-16 Army Facilities Component System (AFCS) and Theater Construction Management System (TCMS) automation. The objective of this contract is to provide continued support for the operation, maintenance and enhancement of the AFCS and TCMS automated systems for the Government. Services to be provided include (1) The development, implementation, testing, enhancement, maintenance, and documentation of computer logic for the AFCS and TCMS systems; (2) Complex system analysis, design, and development of the TCMS Integrated Engineering System (TIES); (3) Technical support on security requirements and the preparation of technical reports, charts, and graphs; (4) Training course material development and instruction of specific AFCS/TCMS training courses and briefings; and (5) Other related services. The AFCS Branch, Systems Cost Engineering Division, Directorate of Engineering, AFCS/TCMS Program has a continuing requirement to provide functional, technical and project management support. EnGenius, Inc. is the current contractor on contract W912DY-08-D-0005 and provides the AFCS technical support, operations, and maintenance. This contract action will increase capacity in ontract W912DY-08-D-0005 by $2,000,000.00 to accommodate future requirements and modifications to this task order.
