- FOR ALL INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Mitch Jacquay 443-861-4396 mitchell.a.jacquay.civ@mail.mil, Franklin Lee 443-861-4395 franklin.f.lee.ctr@mail.mil The ACC-APG -C4ISR intends to acquire the following: Qty (12) each Nonstandard Commercial Exportable AVS-6 GEN III NTE 1600 FOM Aviator Night Vision Goggles. Each NVG system shall include: one (1) Helmet Mount for the HGU-56/P Helmet, one (1) Carrying Case, one (1) Lens Caps, one (1) package of Lens Paper, one (1) Neck Cord, one (1) Low-Profile Battery Pack, one (1) appropriate power source( set of commercial exportable batteries (i.e. AA) in support of NVG operation), one (1) Operator's Manual, and Factory Data Sheets/QC certificate for each Image Intensifier Tube. Qty (1) each Nonstandard commercial exportable Night Vision Systems Purge Kit in support of the AVS-6 NVG Systems. Qty (1) each Nonstandard commercial exportable Operational Maintenance Tool kit in support of the AVS-6 NVG Systems. Qty (1) each Nonstandard commercial exportable Spare Parts Package for the AN/AVS-6. Each package contains one each of the following: Operator's Manual, Carrying Case, Lens Paper Book, Low Profile Power Pack, Neck Cord, Lens Cap set, and Purge Vale O-Ring (set of 4). Warranty: 1 year REQUIRED INFORMATION: 1.If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Tubes. 2.You MUST delivery 15 ARO of all HARDWARE. 3.With the exception for ANV-126A-001 Test Set and ANV-20/20 Infinity Focus System are 60 ARO. 4.If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of ALL ITEMS listed. 5.If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST provide certification that Night Vision Tubes are NOT Russian made. 6.You MUST reference the FMS case designator on your formal solicitations. 7.Image Intensifier Tube data sheets for each tube with serial number will be requested after contract award 8.There will be a potential call for an incoming inspection by DCMA to check tubes and tube housings 9.A quality system on tubes and tube housings will be requested after contract award. 10.Identify whether you are a small or large business 11.If you are a small business then identify your subcategory, i.e. 8A, SDB, SDVOB, etc. Respond to My Attention by 11 AM Eastern on 4 May 2012 mitchell.a.jacquay.civ@mail.mil, Franklin Lee, EMAIL franklin.f.lee.ctr@mail.mil
