Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Regional Office, Gallup NM intends to issue a Firm Fixed price award for Design-Build Havasupai Photovoltaic Electrical system located at the Truxton Canyon agency: Havasupai Tribe. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15 source selection procedures. Proposals will be evaluated on Past Performance, Technical, and Price Evaluation of a Project. Prospective offerors must submit a written past performance and technical proposal and a price. Interested offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Firms can register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the CCR Information Center at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov.
