- This serves as a notice that an anticipated solicitation for Laundry Services will be posted to Army Single Face to Industry's (ASFI) web page at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number/keyword is W911S212T3009. The successful Contractor shall provide all plant, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, resources, and management necessary to provide laundry services for the Directorate of Logistics at Fort Drum, New York. The major functional areas included in the work to be performed are operation of the central pick-up and distribution point (including direct exchange operations), pick-up and delivery of laundry, laundry service, and contingency linen operations. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (to be provided with the solicitation), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Price". This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 812320. This can be done by accessing the Internet at (www.ccr.gov) or calling 1-888-227-2423. Representations and certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov. After the solicitation is posted questions shall be submitted in writing via email to; rosalind.m.shoemaker@us.army.mil, or delivered, mailed to, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, 45 West Street, Fort Drum, NY 13602-5220.
