- The Mission Installation Contracting Command Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to Real Life Management, Inc, 109 10th Ave South, Suite 216, Nashville, TN 37203 to provide a Real Life Management Coach Certification Program in order to train Chaplains in areas of leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, and relationship building. The Coach Certification Program is a proprietary training curriculum from Real Life Management, Inc. The Program consists of a two day training event at Ft Hood providing Certified Coach Licenses for each attendee; a 12 month membership for each Chaplain providing access to the Company's copyrighted website in order to conduct additional online training offered by the program and unlimited access to RLM's copyrighted '3-Minute Survey;' and 5 x additional follow-up training seminars to be performed via Tele Conference. The NAICS code is 611430. The Small business size standard is $7.0. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding by 27 April,2012. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
