- This announcement is to to extend the deadline for submission of bids to allow for proper public announcement posting time. New offer due date and time is: Wednesday, June 6, 2012 and 2:00 PM ET. The solicitation and any amendments can be found at the DOI National Business Center and accessed by accessing the website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. For questions at Interior's site, please call the help desk at (703)390-6633. Please complete the SF Form 1442 as instructed in Section L. All amendments must also be read, signed and returned via fax, mail or email as instructed in Submission Instructions to Offerors in the SF Form 1442.
