- SOLICITATION FOR A USPSC DEVELOPMENT OUTREACH, COMMUNICATIONS AND PROGRAM OFFICER SOLICITATION NO. SOL-306-12-000038 ISSUANCE DATE: APRIL 17, 2012 CLOSING DATE: MAY 13, 2012 SUBJECT: SOLICITTION NO. SOL-306-12-000038 for U.S. Personal Service Contractor (USPSC) Development Outreach, Communications and Program Officer for the Office of Economic Growth and Infrastructure Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from qualified individuals interested in providing the subject PSC services as described in the attached solicitation.
