- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Vaulting/storage of classified and unclassfied tapes. Vendor to pickup from AMSAA site, once per week (unclassified) and once per month (classified). Emergency pick-up and delivery may be required. Vendor must be accreditied for classified (secret) transportation/storage and less then a 2 hour window from storage to AMSAA, APG, MD 21005. contractor to meet standards set forth in 36 CFR Part 1228, subpart K. Contract to be for a base year and two (2) one (1) year options.
