- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-09-G-0005 on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors (MS2). This effort shall include services for technical, management, and process support necessary to update and maintain MH-60R/S operational software, vendor software, maintenance-related software, and laboratory support software, and shall provide software support services for the MH-60R/S Fleet. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LMSI alone has the proprietary technical data, experience, equipment, and special skills to furnish the supplies and services within the required timeframe. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by NAVAIR.
