- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Site Development Inc., W911XK-10-C-0026, Mod P00009, Red Run Drain Repair Contract Award Amount equals $58,027.50 Recovery Funds, and $19,342.50 Non-Recovery Funds. DT014 Seepage Allevation/Slope Repair at Red Run Drain resulted in a a failed material on the slope between sta. 36+00 to 47+00 which will result in the Contractor excavating and placing on the backside of the spoil area. The contractor shall lower and adjust the catch basin 31A approx 1 foot. Grade the low lying area around the catch basin with existing slop material removed to create a positive drainage patern into Catch Basin 31A. Provide a soil erosion blanket to newly graded areas.
