- This announcement is being provided for planning purposes in preparing Industry for the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) associated with the AVCATT RA Concurrency Upgrade, specifically to draw attention to the requirement for the Offeror to have an approved accounting system, as well as highlight the Government's intention for the early submission of past performance information by the Offerors. DISCLAIMER: No responses are due at this time. Offerors shall submit their draft RFP questions (draft RFP Attachment 10- RFP Comment Form) no later than 1600, 20 April 2012. This notice does not constitute an invitation for bids or a RFP and is not a commitment by the U.S. Government to procure subject products.
