Government New & Unused SurplusMaterial acceptable. 3.PR# FD2030-12-71002 4.Nomenclature/Noun: Direct Linear Valve 5.NSN: 4810-01-326-0863 PR 6.PN: 1886-290 7.Application: F110 Engine 8.AMC: 1/R 9.History: Previously purchased spares, 22 each from MOOG, INC per Firm Fixcontract; FA8122-10-M-0008, 6 July 2010. 10.Description: It gives an output voltage signal that isproportional to the power lever position and the desired speed signal. 11.Dimensions: 1.5 inches long X 1.5 inches wide X 2.0 incheshigh. 12.Material: Steel 13.Quantity: a.Award of a Firm Fix Price contract is anticipated with either; arange quantity of 1 each to 6 each or Multi - Year (3 Year Contract)with a maximum of 12 each or a firm quantity of 4 each. 14.Competitive/Design control. 15.Mandatory Language: Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Only writtenor faxed request received directly from the requestors are acceptable.Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), Justification: supplies (orServices) required are available from only one source or a limitednumber of responsible sources(s) and no other type of supplies orservices will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract actionis for supplies and/or services for which the Government intends tosolicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sourcesunder the authority of FAR 6.302. The solicitation will identify theoffice where additional information can be obtained concerningqualifications requirements as cited in each individual solicitation.Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors orpotential Offerors during the proposal development phase of thisacquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish theauthority of the program director or contracting officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Whenrequested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as tosource of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in theevaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interestedparties are invited to call Ombudsman at (405) 736-8253. DO NOT CALLTHIS NUMBER FOR SOLICITATION REQUESTS. 16.All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotationwhich shall be considered by the agency. One or more of the items underthis acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. 17.Based upon market research, the Government is not using thepolicies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services.
