Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Telogis Inc.; 85 Enterprise Suite 450, Aliso Viego, CA 92656 for the procurement of proprietary software currently utilized by the Government. Based on market research, other Government experts in the field, and proprietary rights, it has been determined that only this software tool can be provided by Telogis Inc. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
