- This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for informational purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS OR BIDS. The information sought herein is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a request for quote (RFQ), request for proposal (RFP), or invitation for bid (IFB) or as an obligation or commitment on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the government to a particular acquisition approach. It is a market research tool being used to make appropriate acquisition decisions for the above referenced project. This Sources Sought (SS) will help to identify potential sources that may be interested in and capable of providing the full range of services described herein. Therefore, all potential offerors, Large and Small businesses, Small Disadvantage, Small Disadvantage Woman Own Businesses and Small Business Service Disabled Veterans are encouraged to respond. The government is not obligated to and will NOT pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. Responses are due by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time(EST) May 2, 2012. After review of the responses to this announcement, the Government may proceed with the acquisition. Should a formal requirement be pursued, a formal synopsis and subsequent solicitation announcement will be published. Project Description- SOURCES ARE SOUGHT from firms capable of providing a full range of Office Management Support on site at the Regional Office Building to include services including but not limited to Information Technology(IT) Support Services and Administrative Support Services. The office is located in downtown Philadelphia at the address listed above. The Contractor shall be required to provide all management, supervision, labor, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of the following types of tasks for IT Support Services: Information Technology : Development and Maintenance support, including Mobile and Cloud-Based Development; Web based Design, development, content development, content management, maintenance and usability: graphic design support: document and Video Conversion Publishing and Support; Technical Training: Resource Center Support; PBS building and Energy systems program support: Enterprise service Center support for PBS Applications: Regional infrastructure Center Operation and support for PBS Applications: CAD,BIM,GIS and SDM support: EDMS document Management, and Scanning: Data Management and solutions Architecture support: technical product evaluation support: technical support and maintenance for PBS;PBS Application support and National Application helpdesk. Administration Support Services: The Contractor shall be required to provide all management, supervision, labor, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of the following types of tasks for Administrative Support Services: File storage; File Management, Archiving to NARA and disposal annually; Reference material storage(hard copies, training manuals/books) and Management; Receiving(mail, packages);Central supply distribution(maintain inventory/dispense office supplies, excludes purchasing);specialized item distribution; Copy/Laminating Services; Bar-coding(Paper files, Reference materials); Training Room Support Set up Support and mail room services, Receptionist duties. Professional Management Support Services to support PBS projects including but not limited to services such as contract administration services, file reviews, preparing analysis and documentation, management tracking and administration of project files, preparing correspondence, file review services, preparing and analyzing reports, maintenance of data in paper and electronic format. The normal operating hours for these on-site services are Monday through Friday (excluding the Federal Holidays), from 7:00 am to 5:00 PM. Training Room support and set up. The estimated level of service yearly is approximately $1.5 million dollars. Please note Security Clearance Requirements. All employees provided by the offeror to perform under this contract shall comply with GSA and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) security policies and controls, including the ability to obtain a National Agency Check and Inquiry (NACI) Security Clearance. Responses to this Sources Sought shall provide information that indicates the contractor has the experience to perform the work described above. Firms responding to this sources sought announcement, who fail to provide ALL of the required information requested, will not be used to assist the Government in the acquisition decision, which is the intent of this Sources Sought announcement.. RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: a brief introduction of their company, including business size and the PRIMARY North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that your firm utilizes. A list of full range of services that the company provides along with a brief description of the approach the firm would take in providing the full range of services contemplated in this Sources Sought. Include a description of relevant contract experience offered to the government and/or commercial customers; a brief statement of capability; a commercial brochure or other descriptive literature of your firm. Please limit to no more than 5 pages. State if your company is a certified 8(a), Small disadvantaged Business, Hub Zone Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Please indicate whether your firm will submit an offer for this project if this project is set-aside for 8(a), Hub Zone Small Business, or Service Disabled Veteran -Owned Small Business. Proof of Small Business Administration (SBA) Registration 8(a) and Hub Zone Small Business shall be provided with this response. You will NOT receive responses to this announcement. Please DO NOT call to request information regarding the current contract, this information will be made available upon formal issuance of the Solicitation.
