Description

Ship and Base Access Guidance Work Item Index Work Items Amendment 2 Narrative. TWO ship checks will now be conducted at two different locations for this procurement: 1. CONUS Location: NAVMAG, Indian Head. Fort Hadlock, WA. 2. Australia Location: Located in the South-Western part of Western Australia. Date of Ship Check: Both Ship Checks will be held on 25 April 2012, from 0900 - 1100 hours (local time). POC for Ship Check: Port Engineer Joe Villanueva. POC Info is as follows: Joe Villanueva (619) 524-9870 (619) 865-02365 joe.villanueva@navy.mil All interested Offerors are required to contact Joe Villanueva and confirm attendance location and number of personnel attending. Note: Attendance at a ship check is at the discretion of an Offeror. As such, the Government is NOT responsible for any/all costs related to attending a ship check. All interested Offerors are required to comply with the attached "SHIP & BASE ACCESS (SEP 2011)" guidance. Work Item Index (PDF), along with the 25 Work Items are attached. Finalized versions of Work Items and references will be provided upon solicitation issue. References will be available at ship check.
