- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires an Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) microscope system with a dedicated attenuated total reflectance (ATR) objective lens, and coupling to a stand-alone FT-IR spectrometer. The delivery date will be no later than seventeen (17) weeks after award. This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W9132T-12-T-0034 will be issued on or about 14 May 2012 with a closing date on or about 22 May 2012. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC-CERL, Contracts Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005.
