- SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WAGE DETERMINATION PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT APPENDIX 'C' APPENDIX 'A' Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a competitive contract for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform an onetime emergency repair of four (4) Material Handling Equipment on Tinker AFB. The equipment is listed in Appendix A. The contractor shall be responsible for issuing all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for Evaluation/diagnosis and Time & materials for the repair portion is contemplated. The proposed one-time period of performance (POP) is: 12 May 2012 through 30 June 2012. The estimated award date is 09 May 2012. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
