- SF 1449 FOR TECH SPECIFICATIONS AND PRICE QUOTE DOCUMENT This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in acordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under authority of FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-58 and DFARS Change notice 201220330. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be access in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 423830 and the small business standard is 500. The US Coast Guard Air Station Los Angeles requests response from qualified sources capable of providing the following: 1. Provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision to removed old equipment (air compressor, refrigerated air dryer, and 240gallons capacity air receiver) and install new equipment in its place; warranty must be spelled out (labor, parts & transportation) and training for the operation and use of the new equipment must be included in the total price.
