- Statement of Work Solicitation Form Immigration and Customs Enforcement is in need of food services to be provided to the Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Oakdale, LA on an as needed basis. This RFQ is only open to all small businesses per verification in CCR under the included NAICS code. The winning vendor must be located within the city limits of Oakdale, LA and the contractor is not required to deliver food. ICE Officers will pick up the required bag meals from the Contractor as needed basis. The Statement of Work is attached of understanding the specifications and requirements of providing food services. Also, the solicitation form is attached. The period of performance for this order will be June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013 for the base period. Option One period will be included that would cover the period of June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014. Option Two period will be included that would cover the period of June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. Option Three period will be included that would cover the period of June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016. Option Four period will be included that would cover the period of June 1, 2016 through May 31, 2017. All interested vendors must provide pricing in a per unit basis. All quotes submitted shall include pricing for the following line items. CLIN 0001: Bag Breakfast (June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013) CLIN 0002: Bag Lunch (June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013) CLIN 1001: Bag Breakfast (June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014) CLIN 1002: Bag Lunch (June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014) CLIN 2001: Bag Breakfast (June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015) CLIN 2002: Bag Lunch (June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015) CLIN 3001: Bag Breakfast (June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016) CLIN 3002: Bag Lunch (June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016) CLIN 4001: Bag Breakfast (June 1, 2016 through May 31, 2017) CLIN 4002: Bag Lunch (June 1, 2016 through May 31, 2017) Vendors can submit questions regarding on this requirement to jose.munoz3@dhs.gov. We will not accept questions on May 9th, 2012 by 4:30pm EST. The questions and answers will be posted on this requirement on May 10th, 2012 at 12:00pm EST. All quotations received will be evaluated based on lowest price technically acceptable. ICE will fund in the first year $20,000 against any resultant purchase order from the RFQ. ICE may order additional bag breakfasts or lunches via funded modification to the purchase order. Quantities are NOT guaranteed. The following FAR clauses are included.
