- NATIONAL LIBRARY OF MEDICINE REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) NIH-LM-2012-369 "HP Software Support and Updates" Office of the Director Office of Extramural Research Office of Reports and Analysis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) HP Software Support and Updates for commercial items in accordance with the format under Simplified Acquisition Procedures at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. In accordance to FAR 11.104 states the use of brand name or equal purchase descriptions may be advantageous under certain circumstances. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotations (RFQ) NIH-LM-2012-369. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect in the March 2005 Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revision, including all FAR Circulars issued as of the date of this synopsis. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE DELIVERY ORDER. It is the intent of The National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director, Office of Extramural Research, Office of Reports and Analysis for the purchase HP Software Support and Updates. Description of: HP SAID# 1036 4726 9716 HP Quick Test Pro Oracle Add-In Software Support 10 EA (T6808AA) HP Quick Test Pro Software Support and Updates 10 EA (T6818AA) HP Quality Center Software Support and Updates - 1 EA 5 Pack (T6470AA) HP Quality Center Software Support and Updates 9 EA (T6480AAE) HP Quality Center Software Support and Updates 11 EA (T6480AAE) ALL VENDORS MUST BE ABLE TO DELIVER PRODCUT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF AWARD.
