- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The closing date and time of this solicitation is 2 May 2012, 09:00 A.M. EST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 517410, Size STD $15.0 million. This requirement is a 100% [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The award will be all or none. Prices quoted shall be FOB destination.
