- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) on behalf of theProgram Executive Office - Command, Control, Communications, Computersand Intelligence (PEO-C4I), Shore and Expeditionary Integration ProgramOffice (PMW 790), intends to issue Request of Proposal (RFP) number N00039-12-R-0044, for the commercial item acquisition of 160 each new DiagnosticAnalyzer Test Set (DATS-I), Part number DDTS-KT01 or equivalent per FAR11.104 and 15.101-2. The salient physical, functional or performance characteristics of the brandname item that an "equal" item must meet to be acceptable for award are asattached hereto. The Government anticipates issuing a total small business set-aside per FAR19.502-2 without further notice in May 2012. The solicitation will beavailableto interested parties, along with any amendments issued, solely on theSPAWAR E-Commerce Central Website (https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil/). Contract award is estimated for early June 2012,with delivery of all units required in July 2012. Any projected proposal duedates/times in this synopsis and any subsequent updates are estimatesonly; the actual proposal due date/time will be established in the finalsolicitation.
