- CONSTRUCTION PROJECT - Construction Project 501-10-316, Equipment Building Support of Research Lab Building 67, New Mexico VA Medical Center, Albuquerque, NM. The New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), 1501 San Pedro Drive Se, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87108, anticipates soliciting bids and consequently awarding a construction contract for the Equipment Building Support of Research Lab Building 67 - Project number, 501-10-316. The Offeror shall provide all labor, personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, supervision, administration and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish the work. Specifications and Drawings will be posted online, if any, with the Solicitation for your viewing and download. No copies of the specifications and/or drawings will be sent from the office. Access to the specifications and drawings will be made available at the free website, http://www.fbo.gov. If no specifications and/or drawings are posted, there are none. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 14 (Sealed Bidding) and part 36 (Construction). A formal pre-bid site visit will take place at the NMVAHCS on May 17, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. MST in the Building 56 Conference Room. The complete solicitation package (including specifications, drawings, and further information) will be issued on or about May 14, 2012 via FEDBIZOPPS. Bids will be due in the Contracting Office on or about May 31, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. MST. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, and pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127(d), the solicitation will be advertised as a 100% Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small-Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. All prospective contractors must be registered, verified, and visible on the VetBiz website as a SDVOSB, http://www.vetbiz.gov, at the time proposals are due to be considered eligible for award. The NAICS Code is: 236220 The Size Standard is: $33.5 Million The Project Magnitude is: $25,000 “ $100,000 Anticipated Period of Performance: 60 Calendar Days
