- FA4690-12-T-0013 - SAN Warranty Solicitation Ellsworth Air Force Base South Dakota has a requirement for a Storage Area Netowrk (SAN) Warranty. The contractor shall provide above items in accordance with the attached solicitation. There is a 100% Small Business set-aside for this procurement. Award will go to the lowest price technically acceptable. The NAICS code for this project is 541519 with a size standard of $25.5M. The classification code is "R". Offerors not already registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database are highly encouraged to do so by visiting the site, http://www.ccr.gov, or by calling 1-888-227-2423; an offeror must meet this requirement to be eligible for contract award. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. CCR registration must be obtained before award can be made. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit offers as prescribed by the solicitation via e-mail to shane.swick@ellsworth.af.mil or paula.moore@ellsworth.af.mil. Contractors are advised to monitor this web site for updates and or changes. Questions concerning this requirement shall be submitted by email no later than 3 May 2012 at 11:00 AM MDT. Quotes to include Price List and any amendments to this solicitation must be signed and returned by the contractor to this office no later than 4 May 2012 at 4:00 PM MDT.
