- This attachment contains Industry Q & A's from the RFP posted 04/06/2012 The purpose of this posting is to respond to industry questions regarding the Integrated Fixed Towers (IFT) request for proposal (RFP) that were submitted prior to the April 13, 2012 deadline. The answers to these questions are for informational purposes only, are not binding in any way, and are subject to change. The responses to the questions are not intended to change the scope, content or instructions in the IFT RFP and associated amendments. Should there be any conflicts between these questions and responses and the IFT RFP and associated amendments, the RFP and amendments would prevail. An RFP amendment will be issued in the near future to account for any changes that are needed as a result of the questions and responses.
