- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA786-R-12-0105 for the following: The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor, management and supervision necessary to Raise, Lower, Realign, Reset & Backfill Standard Upright Marble Headstones, Flat Marble Markers, Renovate Turf and Restore/Replace Landscaping at the Eagle Point National Cemetery, 2763 Riley Road, Eagle Point, Oregon according to specifications and drawings in the solicitation. The contract performance period is one year from date of receipt of award. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). NAICS Codes 812220 and 561730 are acceptable for this acquisition Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend the site to familiarize themselves with the project, project site and conditions which may affect your cost proposal. Upon review of the solicitation documents, prospective offerors are encouraged to provide questions and comments, in writing, in regards to the solicitation documents prior to a site visit, questions are to be emailed to the CO. Solicitation number VA786-12-R-01105 has been assigned and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement and solicitation. All interested parties must register on the FedBizOpps site in order to receive notification or changes and/or new postings to the solicitation. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR Part 4.11, prospective contractors are required to have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and FAR Part 4.12, prospective contractors must complete electronic on line annual representations and certifications (ORCA) databases prior to award of a contract. All SDVOSB submitting an offer must be registered and verified in the VetBiz Information pages located at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. No telephone requests for information will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Erma Keown, Contracting Officer at erma.keown@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about May 11, 2012. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., May 31, 2012. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address.
