- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease space: Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition T he U.S. Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition for a lease for the Transportation Security Administration in Harlingen, TX at Valley International Airport. The government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,980 ANSI/ABOA office area. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
