- On behalf of the Office of Special Trustee for American Indians, this office intends to issue a solicitation for 16 Appraisal reports for an opinion of a Market Value on tribal trust lands on Squaxin Island Indian Reservation. Please provide a quote by 05/07/2012. The appraisal is needed to estimate the market value of 16 properties located on Squaxin Island Indian Reservation. Please refer to the SOW additional requiremen. Comparable market values shall be analyzed and subscribed for any comparable properties in and around the subject property. Final Report is due no later than 60 days from the date of award. Work TO BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK. The Contractor is responsible for securing all pertinent market data necessary for completion of this assignment. The solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. NAICS: 531320 -Award of this contract will be based on a best value determination. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, tools, operating supplies and incidentals to complete the work as specified per the attached Statement of Work. (SOW) As authorized by CFR 1315.4(b)(1)(ii)(B) - The Government shall have 30 calendar days to review and approve or disapprove the deliverable(s) and subsequent invoice(s) for services performed under this order. Potential awardee is required to be licensed in the state of performance and is also required to be registered in the Central Contractor database and Online Representations and Certifications Applications.
