- Project Phase Outside Plant SOW 1442 Solicitation Ce Conference rm. Base location map Base Access list The Maryland Air National Guard is seeking UTILITY LOCATES, DOCUMENTATION AND CREATION OF AS-BUILT DIGITAL FILES. This solicitation is 100 % set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. The disclosure of magnitude for this project will be between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. You may download the solicitation from FBO and email, hand carry or Land Mail your quote. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). Payment will be made by electronic transfer using Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Parties interested in attending the site visit on 4 May 2012 @ 1:00 PM should submit the attached vendor EAL to MSGT Frank Harris at the listed e-mail address by 1PM on 3 May 2012. This will be the only day for a site visit.EMAIL: 175WG.MSC@ang.AF.mil. For Question use exhibit F and must be submitted by 5:00pm 7 May 2012.
