- Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number 192112VPIG5140012A-1 and it is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-57. (iv) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812930 (Parking lots and garages), Size standard is $7.0M. This RFQ is being issued as Firm Fixed Price, UNRESTRICTED. Each quote will be evaluated based on low-price technically acceptable (LPTA) (v) A list of contract line item numbers (CLINS) and items, quantities (QTY) and units of measure (UM), including option(s): CLIN 0001, Item: Parking for vehicles in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the scope of work (SOW); Period: Base year period of performance ( one year after award, approximately May 15, 2012 to May 14, 2013., UM: MO; CLIN 1001, Item: Parking for vehicles in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the scope of work (SOW); Option year one: May 15, 2013 to May 14, 2014, UM: MO; CLIN 2001; Item: Parking for vehicles in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the scope of work (SOW); Option year two: May 15, 2014 to May 14, 2015, 12, MO; CLIN 3001; Item: Parking for vehicles in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the scope of work (SOW); Option year three period of performance: May 15, 2015 to April 14, 2016; UM: MO; CLIN 4001; Item: Parking for vehicles in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the scope of work (SOW); Option year four: May 15, 2016 to May 14, 2017, UM: MO; (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: DHS/ICE requires, unrestricted, access for ten parking spaces for vehicles that allows access 24-hours a day, seven days a week with ingress and egress and overnight parking. Identification of license plates numbers or any other methods of identifying vehicles is prohibited. The location must be no further than one-quarter mile, or a two-block radius, of 200 Chestnut, Philadelphia, PA 19106. (vii) Dates and place of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: Dates of Delivery: One base year (approximately May 15, 2012, to May 14, 2013, and four, one-year, option periods (May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2017; Place of Delivery: one-quarter mile, or a two-block radius, of 200 Chestnut, Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA 19106; Acceptance: 30 DARO; FOB Point: Destination; (viii) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, does applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, does not apply to this solicitation. (x) To be considered responsive all offerors must have completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http:orca.bpn.gov. or submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
