- Market Survey N00033-12-0020 This is a market survey for planning purposes ONLY. No formal solicitation exists at this time. Military Sealift Command (MSC) is soliciting input to find potential offerors with marine engineering design expertise capable of developing the described system designs. Interested offerors must submit the requested information demonstrating their expertise showing they are capable of developing designs for the installation of auxiliary boilers and the reconfiguration of the existing fuel oil overflow system in accordance with applicable regulatory body requirements. MSC requests a response to this market survey for evaluation by no later than 03 May 2012 4:00PM (EST). This information will be used by MSC in developing a strategy for addressing the steam system requirements of the vessel while in port as well as improving the safety of the fuel oil filling and transfer systems. This is a request for information only and your response is not an offer. This request for information does not commit the Government to pay for any costs incurred in preparation of any submission to this market survey.
