- Requirements Description and Contractor Capability Survey F108 Rear Stator Case Proof of Concept (Part Number 9995M25G05L) This Request for Information (RFI) is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capability, and experience to meet the requirements for: Establishment of a comprehensive rear stator case kit and development of a Bill of Materials, providing all necessary Original Equipment Manufactured-approved parts and hardware to conduct a Proof-of-Concept, providing training of Air Force technicians in removal and replacement of rear stator case and associated parts, providing engineering support and providing specialized tools and equipment for a single Proof-of-Concept. This is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Any resulting procurement action will be the subject of a separate, future announcement. The following information is provided for discussion purposes and any potential strategy for this acquisition may change prior to any solicitation release. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Attached is a document containing a description of the 995M25G05L rear stator case requirement and a Contractor Capability Survey, which allows you to provide your company's capability. 2. If, after reviewing these documents, you desire to participate in the market research, you should provide documentation that supports your company's capability in meeting these requirements. Failure to provide documentation may result in the Government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities. If you lack sufficient experience in a particular area, please provide details explaining how you would overcome the lack of experience/capabilities in order to perform that portion of the requirement (i.e., teaming, subcontracting, etc.) 3. Small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. Joint ventures or teaming arrangements are encouraged. 4.
