- Conference Services PWS - BEA-12-00041 The Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) intends to negotiate on a Full and Open basis for Conference Services. This will be awarded and administered by the U.S. Census Bureau. Details of these services are in the attached Performance Work Statement titled "Conference Services PWS BEA-12-00041." This requirement will be on a Firm Fixed Price basis with Task Orders, and awarded as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and will be awarded to a single contractor. This will be based on Best Value and evaluated on Technical Quality and Capabilities; Past Performance and Technical Approach. The period of performance will be from June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013 and with four option years. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. In doing so, interested sources must submit a Quote/Proposal with pricing and information that demonstrates their ability to meet BEA's needs. Written response should be received within 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). The Request for Quote (RFQ)/Proposal must be submitted to Tanisha Contee via email at tanisha.l.contee@census.gov of the U.S. Census Bureau, Acquisition Division, 4600 Silver Hill Road, Room #3J444B, Washington, DC 20233.
