- The Hines ITC has a requirement for preventive maintenance, repair and emergency maintenance for the Fike Cheetah Xi panel and components, four (4) FM 200 systems, and a Pre-action sprinkler system located at VA Hines Information Technology Center (ITC), Building 215, Fifth Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Hines, IL 60141. The Period of Performance (POP) is 06-01-2012 through 03-31-2012 with four (4) one (1) year options to extend. The preventive maintenance, repair and emergency maintenance for the Fike Cheetah Xi panel and components will be in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 561621, Size Standard is $12.5 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All quotes are due May 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM CST. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
