- RFQ SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The office of NOAA National Marine Fisheries Protected Resources Division located in Long Beach, CA is seeking for a contractor to provide services keying and electronic entry of historic California Marine Mammal Stranding Network Records into an electronic format that can be batch-uploaded into National Database. The entire solicitation is attached. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 561990 with a small business size standard of $7.0 Million. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract with period of performance commencing approximately July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. Contractors responding to RFQ must submit technical proposal and documentation that demonstrate qualifications. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to (206) 527-7513 attention to Maria Mendoza or email at maria.l.mendoza@noaa.gov. This is a simplified acquisition.
