- Project 568-12-110, Upgrade Transformers This project will upgrade a portion of the medium voltage 3 phase feeder system from 4,160 Volts to 12,470 Volts, and replace existing single phase transformers at the VA Medical Center, Fort Meade, SD. Work includes demolition, transformers, pads, necessary primary and secondary wiring, and metering modifications. Award of this project shall be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be registered in the Central Contractors Registry (CCR); http://www.ccr.gov, the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA); https://orca.bpn.gov as well as verified in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database; www.VetBiz.gov, prior to submitting a proposal. Technical and Cost proposals will be accepted from responsible and responsive contractors only. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 240 days. NAICS: 237130, P&S: Z2NZ.
