- Project No. 568-12-126, Repair Roads, Walks and Pavement, Phase 2 This Project includes the design and construction of the following; expansion of the existing parking lot east of Building 148, this work shall include demolition, excavation, asphalt concrete surfacing, curb and gutter, lighting and pavement markings. The project further includes milling and asphalt overlay of streets and parking lot restoration (crack sealing and seal coat) on the Fort Meade VA Medical Center, Fort Meade, South Dakota. Award of this project shall be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be registered in the Central Contractors Registry (CCR); http://www.ccr.gov, the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA); https://orca.bpn.gov as well as certified in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database; www.VetBiz.gov, prior to submitting a proposal. Technical and Cost proposals will be accepted from responsible and responsive contractors only. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 210 days. NAICS: 237310, P&S: Z2LB.
