The Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO) intends to solicit by Request for Proposal (RFP) for experienced professional services of Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedics (EMT-P) to work in support of East Fort Bliss which is under the purview of the MEDCEN at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, Texas, from 01 October 2012 through 30 September 2013, with two subsequent one-year option periods, if exercised.
