This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The estimated award date is 14 May 2012. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Codes 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. SBA Size Standard is $14M. FSC is 6850, Miscellaneous Chemical Specialties. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. Delivery terms for this requirement are FOB Destination.
