The approved sources are Lockheed Martin Corp., CAGE 81755, Drawing 16VC005-1; BEI Precision Systems & Space Co Inc, CAGE 12050, P/N 4311A-12-P75. The Purchase Request (PR) Number is 0044818736. NSN is a Commercial Off-the-shelf item. FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance point is Origin. The requested delivery is 191 days after receipt of order. NSN is a Air Force CSI Item.
