- VISN 16 SDVOSB/VOSB Construction Opportunity Showcase ~ NAICS Codes 236210, 236220, 238990 May 31, 2012 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 16 and the Jackson VA Medical Center 715 S. Pear Orchard Dr. Plaza One, 2nd Floor Ridgeland, MS 39157 The purpose of the showcase is to provide Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB/VOSB) an opportunity to interact with Program Decision Makers (PDM) regarding future projects within V16 and the Jackson Medical Center. FEATURED PDM SPEAKERS: The three PDM's that will be present at the Networking Roundtables are: Joe Vaughn, Chief Logistics Officer; Cindy Jwainat, VISN 16 Capital Asset Manager; and Phil Poulin, Jackson VAMC Chief Engineer. The first formal portion of the Opportunity Showcase is the Business Requirements Session which will provide an overview of the invited PDM's office and information on forecasted opportunities and future business requirements. Several program decision makers will be in attendance and will provide information about requirements in their areas of expertise. The second session will be the Networking Roundtables with the PDM's at specific times for registered small businesses with specific NAICS codes in the selected Industries. Small Businesses will have the opportunity to introduce their capabilities to the Program Decision Makers. Registration Details: Register for the Business Requirements and Networking Sessions Go to http://www.va.gov/OSDBU/ Click on "Book Now" --- below Presentation --- 1.) You will be directed to a pages that states "Registration: and "Login" 2.)Click login and create a login and pw you will then be directed to the page to, 3.)The registration page - fill out in the blanks and hit "submit" 4.)Once you hit submit you will receive a thank you and you will see button "click here to proceed" at this point you will be directed the roundtables for registration. 5.)Register for the Roundtable Session (must register for the Business Requirements Session before registering for this session) Under May 31, 2012: VISN 16/Roundtable, click on Date 5/31/2012 for each Roundtable you would like to attend Follow the prompts to register Opportunity Showcase POC: Mike Black 601-206-6947; mike.black@va.gov
