Based on the Market Research and the received concurrence from the Small Business Administration (SBA) it has been determined to fulfill this requirement through a small business set-aside utilizing the General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant Small Business (SB) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). A solicitation will be issued to those available vendors under the Alliant SB GWAC in the near future.
