NO DOCUMENTS SHALL BE POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS. *** The United States House of Representatives (House), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), on behalf of the Office of Inspector General (OIG), is seeking a contractor to conduct an audit and provide an opinion on the House FY-end financial statement for FY12 (and for FY13 through FY16, if all options are exercised.) The audit shall be conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), as amended, OMB Bulletin 07-04, Audit Requirements for Federal Financial Statements, as amended, the joint GAO/PCIE FAM, as amended, and the Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (GAO-09-232G). The period of performance shall be from date of award (estimated to be on or before June 13, 2012) through May 31, 2013. Audits for the subsequent fiscal years shall commence on June 1 of that year and conclude on May 31, for a total of four option years. The House contemplates awarding a firm fixed price contract for these services, with payments based on completion of deliverables as outlined in the solicitation.
