- The Army Contracting Agency, Mission Installation and Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Belvoir intends to issue a solicitation in approximately one(1)to five (5)day as a 100% small business set aside. This requirement is for Catholic Priest Services for the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The contractor will provide Catholic ministry and pastoral care services in support of the Department of Pastoral Care (DPC) of the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital.
