- Item/Part Number Information This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can supply NSN 6220-01-108-7280 Anti-Collision Strobe Light (see attached Item Description). Interested contractors are requested to review the attached item description and formulate any questions or comments. DLA Troop Support is researching the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced item under a long-term indefinite quantity type contract. The contract base period may be for a term of one year or two year. Furthermore, the solicitation may contain an option or options to extend the term of the contract. Pricing for the base year(s) may be provided up front for the contract. Option periods may be provided upfront or may be linked to a Producer Price Index, which would be adjusted annually or to an EPA clause. Support of this item will be based on DLA Direct Deliveries, where the material would be shipped to either the New Cumberland, PA and/or Tracy, CA depots. DLA stock distribution locations and/or Customer Direct Deliveries, where the material is delivered to DLA customers throughout the United States may be required. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice. If a solicitation or solicitations would result, it/they would be synopsized on the FedBizOpps website and it would be the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for any such notices.
