- The response date referenced is estimated. Issue date is on or around 5/14/2012, with the Response date on or around 6/14/2012. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web approximately 15 days after this notice is published (solicitation should be posted on or around 5/14/2012). The DSCC Website address (URL) is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Hard copies of the solicitation and any applicable drawings (if available) can be downloaded at this website. BSM purchase request numbers: 0043605414 and 0044254485, NSN: 5930-01-454-0373, Nomenclature: Switch Assembly. Government First Article Testing is required. All items are to be IAW Northrop Grumman (26512) drawing 160D181165. Source waived for First Article Testing: Miller Stuart Inc. (52977) part number 160D181165-5. This solicitation will be posted on or around 5/14/2012 via our website, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Total quantity of the combined PR's is 25 each total, with 9 units being sent to New Cumberland, PA, and the other 16 units being sent to Tracy, CA. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interests and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
