Description
General Services Administration (GSA) has a need for a contractor to perform the required administrative services at frequencies determined by the COR. The administrative/reception service tasks include, but are not limited to: (1) Word processing using Microsoft Office, typing letters/memos, merging text from different sources into complete properly formatted documents. (2) Creating, manipulating, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets and databases using Excel and Access. (3) Providing receptionist, faxing, and copier/duplicating functions. (4) Sorting and distributing mail for the effective operation of the facility. Addressing and mailing packages and envelopes. (5) Receiving incoming service calls from building tenants. (5) Receiving and confirming conference room reservation requests. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform the administra-tive services. The work will be performed at the following locations: Carl B. Stokes Federal Building & US Courthouse, 201 Superior Avenue, Cleveland, OH, the Anthony J. Celebrezze Federal Building, 1240 E. Ninth Street, Cleveland, OH, the John F. Sieberling Federal Building, 2 South Main Street, Akron, OH, and the Howard M. Metzenbaum Federal Building & Courthouse, 201 Superior Avenue, Cleveland, OH. The current contract expires on October 31, 2012. The contract period for this procurement will be for a base of one year with four (4) one-year options. This acquisition will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Small businesses that are listed in FSS will be given an opportunity to submit offers for this procurement via www.fbo.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 with a size standard of $7million. This is a negotiated procurement. Best value method will be used to determine awardee. Evaluation factors will consist of past performance and price. Proposals will be opened privately. The solicitaion package will be posted on fedbizopps.gov on or about May 16, 2012. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the Federal Business Opportunities website for amendment(s), if any, to the solicitation via the Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov. GSA will no longer mail hardcopies of the solicitation or amendments. Also as of January 1, 2005, as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) all vendors will be required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission process. ORCA is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage and viewing of many of the FAR required representations and certifications previously found in solicitations. With ORCA, you now have the ability to enter and maintain your representation and certification information, at your convenience, via the Internet at http://orca.bpn.gov. Potential offerors should refer to the solicitation package regarding instructions involving the use of ORCA. All requests must be submitted to General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Property Management Service Center, Attn: Ms. Bridgette Fed-Jasper, 230 South Dearborn Street, Room 3800, Chicago, Illinois 60604-1696.
