- Description
- GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" five year (5 year) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for 10 National Stock Number (NSNs) in the FSC 8010. The BPA will begin on the date of award and will not exceed a five year period. Awards will be made on an item by item basis. Orders made under agreements awarded will be direct delivery to a specific end user. Note that orders with ultimate destinations overseas will be delivered to a distribution center by the vendor awarded each item. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, SOP orders apply to this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
