- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors (LM), 2323 Eastern Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21220-4207, for support of Post Delivery Test and Trial (PDT&T) efforts including Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) and emergent work to be performed on Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) 3. The BOA scope will include planning, engineering, and material procurement beginning from the date of ship delivery through thirty-nine (39) months following the delivery date. LM is the only source with the requisite knowledge of the USS FREEDOM variant design, construction, systems, and extensive knowledge of, and experience with, mission module interface requirements to efficiently and effectively execute the availability. The Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
