- This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitatioan or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking infomration concerning the availability of capable 8(a) contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform Alteration/construction, Maintenance, Repair and Miscellaneous Engineering Support under a Job Order Contract for work to be performed on Letterkenny Army Depot. The period of performance will be for five years, a Base Year and Four Option Years with an estimated total amount of $75,000,000.00 that will consist of an estimated monthly amount of approximately $15,000,000.00 for individual orders. For the pursposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236210. Industrial Building Construction. The small business size standard is 31 million. If your firm is capable of the requirements described in the RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Ms. Trudy Alleman, trudy.o.alleman.civ@mail.mil, by 14 May 2012, 9:00 A.M.
